Hello, World Champions!

In today's world, we seldomly ask ourselves, "Is this the best I can be?"

Well, I asked myself that question and it led me to a great journey full of interesting things and adventures.

The first step on this journey started when I, following a good friend's advice, got my butt into a gym! I started shaping up and with time, I grew stronger both physically and mentally.

I also started to develop a sense of achievement and aquired a certain amount of discipline, just because someone helped me and guided me into a better future.

So, who am I?

My name is Alan and I'm 36 years old. During my four-year journey of starting to take fitness more seriously, I have gained a lot of knowlege and passion that I would like to share with you. I have also trained Muay Thai boxing for some years and I am confident that with the skills I gained from fitness and the techniques of Muay Thai boxing, we can make a five-day fitness retreat a whole lot of fun....

Between cardio training, building up muscle and gaining strength, peppered with some Muay Thai boxing, this retreat is for anyone who wants to get Bigger, Stronger, Faster!
