Cooking has always been her passion,as this is another form of pleasing people and making them happy.
She believes that people should be caring about each other and the planet, so her ethos goes way beyond just food.
It's all about sustainable living, getting loocal produce, and of course reducing plastic pollution.
Food that she cooks is seasonal, fresh, vibrant and of course plant based! It's not just business for her, but a little bit that she gives back to the Mother Earth.
And then there is yoga, another passion, and its philosophy links in so nicely with providing nourishing food during retreats.
