The retreat runs from Friday / Sunday evening (check in after 17:00) until Friday / Sunday morning (check-out at 10:00).
The 8 days and 7 nights fitness package comes with trips around the island and many outdoor sports and recreational activities (swimming pool, beach, hiking....) in a very relaxed and natural environment.
The fitness retreat package includes accommodation and half board.

Your retreat begins with a one-on-one session with your trainer to introduce you to the retreat program and to answer all your questions.
3 times during the week, you will have a half-day excursion.
